Captiva Island Rental ~ Captiva Cutie ~ This Captiva Island Rental is our charming, deluxe cottage style home that has been referred to as “cute as a button.” Rates are competitive with other Captiva Island rental homes in the village area. Captiva Cutie is in immaculate condition, and is just steps from Captiva's lovely white sand beach. It offers a private pool and spa. Captiva Cutie is tastefully decorated in fun tropical colors offset by Mexican ceramic tile and wall to wall carpeting (in the bedrooms).

Saturday rental schedule, 7 night minimum stay
Check-in is Saturday at 4:00 PM ( 16:00 hr)
Check-out is Saturday at 10:00 AM ( 10:00 hr)

Smoking and pets are NOT permitted inside the home.

$40 reservation fee.  Deposit required will be 10% of rent or $200 whichever is greater..

The rent balance is due 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.


There is an 11% tax.

Cancellation allowed up to 90 days prior to scheduled arrival with advance payment refund less a $100 administrative fee.

No refunds are given for a cancellation within 90 days of scheduled arrival or after final payment is made unless home is re-booked for that period. We suggest our available travel insurance to cover cancellations due to health or weather related issues.
